About ISFANS
ISFANS is one of the five special interest and disciplinary groupings of IUFoST, alongside the International Society of Food Engineering (ISFE), International Symposium on Properties of Water (ISOPOW), International Society for Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods (ISNFF), and International Food Research Collaboration (IFRC). The group was created in August 2010 to strengthen research, communication, dissemination of information and networking for technology transfers and international collaborations among interested parties from academia, industry, government, consumers, and other stakeholders around the world in food nanoscale science and nanotechnology
